Brief: Specialist Plant Solutions contacted us. They are a specialist plant equipment hire company/ The BV206 is an ex-military track vehicle that is used to gain access to areas where usual vehicles can not reach (e.g. up a mountain).

SPS were have problems removing the track wheels for servicing and replacing. A device was designed, manufactured and tested to resolve the problem.

Russo Engineering have also designed and built a frame for the read pod of the BV206 that allows different unit to be connected onto the back section. These unit include a jetting pack, a cargo bay personnel carrier, tipping body or just a flat back.
